Natalie & Richard's Wedding At Bagden Hall Hotel, Huddersfield

Natalie and Richard chose the stunning setting of Bagden Hall Hotel in Huddersfield, for their wedding in April this year. Built by a wealthy Victorian mill owner in the 1860s, Bagden Hall is a luxurious West Yorkshire country house hotel set in stunning grounds and offering elegant accommodation.

Natalie wished to have a unique trailing waterfall bouquet, and asked me to design one especially for her - using flowers and colours which I felt would most compliment her colour theme of dusky antique pink. I felt the beautiful Amnesia, Lovely Dolomiti and ivory Dolomiti roses would be a  perfect match for this colour theme along with the added delicate elegance of the dendrobium orchid (see pic below). To create this bouquet a wired technique was used. As many of you may already know, this bouquet style is an absolute favourite of mine as a really light, elegant and stunning bouquet design is achieved.

The groom wore an Amnesia rose buttonhole with spray ivory rose detailing whilst the adult bridesmaid chose a rose and dendrobium orchid wrist corsage on a trailing ivory ribbon. Natalie's gorgeous 2 year old daughter carried a basket full of fresh petals. Bagden Hall's reception room was dressed in large domed table designs of conical vases with flowers to match the elegant theme of antique dusky pinks.
