Serendipity Wedding Flowers.....choosing can be enjoyable!

As this year has begun.... I'm seeing lots of excited brides and grooms who are really enjoying planning their forthcoming wedding. However, I'm discovering more and more that many are apprehensive when arranging their 'wedding flowers' and it's regularly said to me, 'I'm sorry I don't know any flower names', 'I don't know anything about flowers' or 'We've avoided sorting this part of the wedding and left it until the last job to do'.

I really would like to say to anyone thinking of seeing me for a consultation, not to worry at all. I do try and make our meeting as relaxed as possible, with many of my past clients saying, 'I don't know why I worried you're just like chatting to a friend'. Which is obviously very pleasing and just how I like to come across!

As the flowers aren't created and seen by my clients until the day of the wedding, it is understandable why so many people feel apprehensive when choosing their flowers and wedding florist to do them. I aim to make the process as enjoyable as possible, and really tailor this aspect of a wedding to my clients. If on first meeting, they know the names of flowers they prefer or show me pictures of floral designs they would like, then this is great. But otherwise, as a specialist wedding florist and designer, it's my job to do the work, to take time to really listen and discover their overall tastes/preferences and then work hard to design/create something individual to them.

To show you some examples, the following are all bridal bouquets designed specifically for brides who initially came to me knowing just a few of their favourite flower names. The rest they left up to me......
